I wouldn't expect someone who has no automotive experience to interpret 'bolt-on' as meaning they would be able to go out there and install these turbos like changing their oil, but you never know... I would expect though that if someone is going to purchase performance turbochargers, they would fully educate themselves at least on what all is involved, if for nothing else than to justify the multi-thousand dollar expense of them. Most people would get the information they needed and realize they need to take it to a professional to have done. At that point, a 'bolt-on' turbocharger as I portrayed the term would mean that they would not have to purchase any other parts specific to the turbocharger swap or be charged any additional fee by the installer for installation when compared to the install price of stock turbochargers.
